Signing for Early Years
Our Signing for Early Years course provides a comprehensive introduction to using sign language in the early years. In this CPD accredited workshop, licensed by award winning Little Signers Club (https://www.littlesignersclub.co.uk), you'll learn how signing in Settings benefits young children, link it back to the EYFS, and provide essential signs to help enhance early speech, communication and language skills. Theory, practical demonstrations, interactive activities and useful resources combine in this dynamic workshop, which has been designed to provide all Early Years practitioners with the confidence to use sign language - and the reasons why it is so important for our Early Years children. An introductory session is also available, to ease you into the basics of signing with young children and improving communication within your setting.
​We deliver engaging Sing and Sign Sessions in Early Years settings. Each session is a fun blend of learning key signs, singing relevant songs and where possible enjoying stories or sensory toys. Whether you're looking for regular weekly sessions or celebrating a special theme, our 30 minute sessions are designed to enhance communication in children, building their confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment!
