Hushabye Hands Ts&Cs

To keep everyone safe please read below our Terms and Conditions.

Please read fully before accepting our Ts&Cs on our booking pages...

Payment Methods: All costs relating to the Hushabye Hands courses must be paid at the time of booking to confirm your space on the course itself. Hushabye Hands has booking forms which need to be completed prior to attending the course to ensure the terms and conditions set out in this document have been fully read and this will serve as your agreement to begin the course. It is the responsibility of the parent/carer to inform the instructor of any changes to the consent form on a weekly basis. Once payment has been made in full then a confirmation will be sent to the person booking via email confirming their place, along with any other relevant further information and a booking form - the dates will also be detailed for the weeks included in your booking.

Refunds: A course or event may be cancelled provided you inform Hushabye Hands in writing no later than 14 working days prior to the course commencing. Please note there will be an administration charge of up to one class fee for any changes made.

Termination due to force majeure events: If any of the below events occur, face to face classes may continue as a support group for new parents. If it is not possible to continue face to face, you may transfer to the next available course (with 7 working days’ notice) or the course will be moved back a week or two or as soon as possible. Natural disasters such as flood, earthquake, wind, storm or other natural disaster; pandemic, threat of or preparation for epidemic, pandemic, or similar mass viral contagion risk; nuclear, chemical or biological contamination; war, threat of or preparation for war, armed conflict, imposition of sanctions, embargo, breaking off of diplomatic relations or similar actions; strike, labour unrest; embargo, act of government, or regulatory, customs, civil or military authority; inability to obtain supplies of products/raw materials, acts or omissions of carriers; terrorist attack, civil war, civil commotion or riots; or other events potentially affecting the market.

Holidays and sickness policy: Regrettably we cannot offer discounts or refunds to cover your booked holidays due to the need to ensure continuity of service. You may transfer the class in question to another parent/guardian if agreed prior to the class and providing we are able to ask them to complete a booking form upon arrival to ensure Ts&Cs are agreed with.

Supervision and withdrawal of service: Any child attending our classes must be supervised at all times. Should a carer or accompanying visitor behave in a way that Hushabye Hands feels is unreasonable then the company reserves the rights to withdraw the provision of classes to the client.

Cancellation of Classes policy: Hushabye Hands will endeavour to run classes during bad weather such as snow and ice, however in some cases classes may have to be cancelled.

We will endeavour to update parents about any cancellations through social media and by text/email so please ensure all contact details are kept up to date.

In the event of cancellation by Hushabye Hands for any reason, an additional week will be added to the end of the course, or an alternative date arranged, or in the event that this is not possible, a refund may be offered.
